Big Ideas lessons are designed to give kids real art instruction and room to make the work their own.
In this sample lesson, you’ll get a feel for the simple Big Ideas rhythm: a short introduction, a focused skill or technique, and open-ended work time where kids can make creative choices.
The goal is not for every child to make the same finished project. The goal is to help kids build skills, think creatively, solve problems, and create artwork that feels like theirs.
This sample lesson is offered as part of a live drawing workshop and is included with the Class Pass and Home Pass.
