Blank white paper can feel surprisingly overwhelming! These printable sketchbook inserts give young artists a low-pressure place to begin, helping them practice generating ideas, noticing possibilities, and getting started when they feel stuck.

The set includes 10 different prompts: About Me, Fill in the Frames, Fill in the Post-Its, Observations, Wishes, Dreams, Memories, Finish the Drawing, Mark Making, and Material Testing.

Use them in sketchbooks, art journals, choice-based classrooms, early-finisher stations, homeschool spaces, or anytime a child needs a little nudge without being told exactly what to make.
