RETURN POLICY

Thank you for joining Big Ideas Art Studio. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase. Requests may be sent to nicole@bigideasartstudio.com.
REFUNDS
After receiving your request, your refund will be processed. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Merchandise purchased from the store and shipped by Printify cannot be returned unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send photographs to nicole@bigideasartstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Once photographs are received, Big Ideas Art Studio will initiate the replacement or refund process on your behalf.
