from respectful behavior to payment details.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By using this site, you’re agreeing to follow the Terms & Conditions outlined here. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (whether you’re an individual or using the site on behalf of an organization) and Big Ideas Art Studio, LLC, located in Canonsburg, PA.
This site offers creative educational services, resources, and memberships designed for kids, families, and educators (we call these our “Marketplace Offerings”). If you continue to use this site or access any of these offerings, it means you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms.
If that’s not the case, please stop using the site.
🌐 A few more things you should know:
- From time to time, we may update these terms. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change — so check back now and then if you’re curious. By continuing to use the site, you accept the latest version.
- These terms apply no matter where you’re visiting from, but it’s your responsibility to make sure using the site is allowed under your local laws.
- The site is not designed to follow industry-specific privacy or data laws (like HIPAA or FISMA), so please don’t use it in those contexts.
- If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to use the site — and they must agree to these terms on your behalf.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Everything on this site — including videos, lesson plans, handouts, artwork, writing, images, and design elements — is the property of Big Ideas Art Studio, LLC unless otherwise noted.
You’re welcome to enjoy the materials for personal use (or in your own classroom if you’re a teacher). But please don’t copy, repost, resell, or distribute anything without written permission. That includes downloading videos, sharing logins, or uploading content somewhere else.
This content represents years of creative work, and I ask that you respect it just like you’d want others to respect your own art.
If you’re ever unsure about what’s allowed, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to clarify.
Using the Site Responsibly, Respectfully, & Safely
By using this site or any of its content, you’re agreeing to a few common-sense guidelines. You promise that:
- The information you provide (like your name and email) is accurate and up to date
- You’ll keep your info current if anything changes
- You have the legal right to agree to these terms
- If you’re under 18, you have a parent or guardian’s permission to be here
- You won’t try to access the site through bots, scripts, or other automated tools
- You won’t use the site for anything illegal or shady
- You’ll follow any local laws that apply to you while using the site
If any information you provide is false or incomplete, I may need to suspend or end your account access. That’s just to protect the community and keep things running smoothly.
This site is here to support creativity — not to promote or distribute things like illegal substances, adult content, gambling, or anything harmful. Posting or promoting those types of things could result in your account being permanently blocked.
🙋♀️ A Quick Note About Marketplace Content
Big Ideas Art Studio is an educational service provider — not a platform for selling third-party goods or services. Any examples, reviews, or resources shown on the site are for informational purposes only.
I do my best to provide helpful, accurate content, but I can’t guarantee that everything will be perfect or suited to every need. Use your best judgment, and if something seems off or confusing, feel free to reach out.
ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS
8You may need to create an account to access certain content or services on the site. If you do, you agree to keep your login information private and secure — just like you’d protect your art supplies from getting lost or borrowed without asking. 😉
You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account, so please don’t share your password.
I also reserve the right to change or remove a username if it’s inappropriate, offensive, or just doesn’t fit with the respectful vibe of this creative community.
ABOUT WHAT'S OFFERED
I do my best to make sure everything on the site — from photos to descriptions to pricing — is accurate and up to date. But sometimes things shift (like color display differences on screens, limited availability, or typos), and I can’t guarantee that every detail will be perfect.
Some offerings (like lesson kits or digital downloads) may only be available online and in limited quantities. If something becomes unavailable or is discontinued, I’ll update the site as quickly as I can.
I may also make changes to pricing, availability, or descriptions at any time — especially as I learn and grow this business. While I hope everything meets your expectations, I can’t promise every offering will be exactly what you’re imagining on your device.
If something feels off or unclear, I always welcome your questions before you purchase.
If you spot a typo, broken link, or something that seems off — I appreciate you letting me know! I do my best to keep everything accurate and polished, and I’ll make corrections when needed.

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and contact info — like your email address, card details, and billing information — so we can complete your order and reach out if needed. If you’re using a subscription or recurring payment plan, you’re giving permission for your card to be charged automatically until you cancel.
We may update pricing from time to time, and we also reserve the right to correct any errors — even after an order is placed.

You’re responsible for what you post — just like everyone else here. I do my best to keep this space safe and respectful, but I can’t control what others choose to share. Please post thoughtfully and kindly!
Sharing Your Artwork
Big Ideas Art Studio is a place where creativity is celebrated — and that includes sharing your own art and uplifting the work of others.
Some parts of the site allow users (like you!) to upload artwork, write comments, and participate in community features like galleries or digital showcases. These contributions may be visible to others on the site, and possibly even shared in showcase materials or social media posts. By submitting artwork or comments, you agree that:
- 🎨 You made the artwork yourself or have full permission to share it.
- 💬 Your comments are kind, constructive, and respectful to others.
- 📸 Anyone pictured in your artwork or uploads has given permission to be included (especially important for photos of people).
- 🔒 Your contributions don’t include private info about others unless they’ve agreed to share it.
- 🚫 You won’t post anything hateful, threatening, spammy, or inappropriate.
- 🧠 You respect copyright and won’t upload anything that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property.
If any of your contributions violate these guidelines — or the spirit of this creative community — I may remove the content and, if necessary, limit your access to the site. Let’s keep this a safe, supportive space for creative expression.
Who Owns Your Artwork
Short answer: you do! When you share your artwork or ideas on Big Ideas Art Studio, you still own everything you’ve created.
By uploading or posting, you’re simply giving me permission to display and share your contributions as part of this community — such as showcasing your work in the gallery or highlighting great ideas. This use always aligns with our Privacy Policy and your personal settings.
Got an Idea?
💡 Got an Idea?
I love hearing your ideas for making Big Ideas Art Studio better! When you send suggestions, feedback, or creative concepts about the site or anything I offer, you’re letting me know I can use them to improve things — without needing to credit or compensate you.
This includes any questions, comments, ideas, or feedback you send through email, surveys, or other communication channels. By sharing them, you confirm that your ideas are your own to share, and you waive any rights to control how they’re used.
Thanks for helping shape a better creative space for everyone!
Links to Other Sites
Sometimes I may share links to helpful websites, tools, or content created by others. I only link to sources I trust and think you’ll find useful — but I don’t own or control those third-party sites.
That means I’m not responsible for what they say or do, including how they handle your data, what they sell, or the content they share. If you click through to another site, their terms and policies apply — not mine — so be sure to read them if you choose to engage.
Any purchases you make from those third-party websites are between you and that site directly. I don’t endorse or take responsibility for those products or services, and I can’t help with returns, refunds, or issues that arise outside this site.
How I Manage the Site
I do my best to keep Big Ideas Art Studio running smoothly, safely, and respectfully for everyone. That means I may take steps to monitor and manage how the site is used — especially if someone violates these terms or misuses the platform.
For example, I may remove content that’s harmful, inappropriate, or too large for the system to handle. I may also take further action (like reporting to authorities) if someone uses the site in a way that breaks the law or puts others at risk.
Ultimately, I reserve the right to make decisions that protect this creative space, the people who use it, and the services I provide.
Privacy Matters
Your privacy is important to me. I encourage you to read the full Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your information. By using this site or any of the services offered, you agree to the terms in that policy.
Big Ideas Art Studio is based in the United States, and so is this website. If you’re visiting from another country, please know that your information will be processed and stored here in the U.S. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to that transfer.

Mistakes & Corrections
Disclaimer
I do my best to make Big Ideas Art Studio a smooth, safe, and inspiring experience — but I can’t guarantee everything will always be perfect. The site and everything offered here are provided “as-is” and “as available.”That means I can’t promise there won’t ever be bugs, downtime, errors, or other hiccups. I also can’t make guarantees about the accuracy of every piece of content, the availability of every product, or how your experience might be on a third-party site I’ve linked to.You agree to use this site and my services at your own risk — and to use your best judgment (especially when clicking links or purchasing anything from another company). I’m not liable for damages, losses, or issues that might arise from using the site, accessing your account, or interacting with third-party tools or platforms.Basically: I take your trust seriously and do everything I can to protect it, but I can’t be responsible for every possible tech glitch or issue outside my control.
Limitations of Liability
While I truly hope everything goes smoothly for you here at Big Ideas Art Studio, I can’t promise that nothing will ever go wrong — and I’m not responsible for indirect damages like lost income, data loss, or anything beyond the actual amount you paid.If something does go sideways (and I really hope it doesn’t), the most I’d ever owe you is either what you’ve paid in the past 6 months — or $250, whichever is less. Some places don’t allow these kinds of limits, so depending on where you live, this may not apply. You might have additional rights under local laws.
Indemnification
If your use of this site causes legal trouble (like breaking these Terms, violating someone’s rights, or harming someone else here), you agree to handle the fallout — including covering costs like legal fees.If that happens, I may step in to manage the situation myself, and you agree to cooperate if I do. I’ll do my best to let you know what’s going on if a claim or issue arises.

Last Few Notes
These Terms (along with any site policies I’ve posted) make up our full agreement. If I don’t enforce something right away, it doesn’t mean I’ve waived my rights — I’m just probably juggling a million things like the rest of us! I can assign my rights and responsibilities to someone else if needed. If something wild and out of my control happens (like a natural disaster or internet outage), I can’t be held responsible for delays or disruptions. If any part of these Terms ends up being unenforceable, the rest still stands. These Terms don’t mean we’re in a partnership or business relationship. Also, even though this document isn’t physically signed, by using the site, you’re agreeing to it — and it still counts.
